Notice of Town Assembly Meeting 19th DECEMBER 2023 at 6.00pm in the Ballroom of THE ROYAL HOTEL, West Cliff, Whitby to discuss Whitby Town Council’s proposed 46% increase in the Whitby Precept (Council Tax) for 2024-2025. All members of the public are welcome to attend the meeting, but only those included in the Register of Electors for the town may vote on any matter. Further issues to be discussed are Whitby Town Deal Projects & the new Whitby Secondary School and any further actions needed.
