‘Frank Meadow Sutcliffe – Photographer of Whitby’

A slideshow presentation of the photographs of F.M. Sutcliffe by Mike Shaw, formerly of the popular Sutcliffe Gallery. Wednesday 15th March at 2pm, Normanby Room, Whitby Museum.  Non-members £2, Whitby Lit & Phil members free. No need to book.

Meet the Curator

Come along and meet our Costume Gallery curator and find out more about the fascinating collection! The curator will be in the gallery between 10am and midday and again between 2pm and 4pm, pop in for a look behind the scenes in our costume store. Tuesday 28th March, Costume Gallery, Whitby Museum. Normal admission charges apply. Free to locals (proof of address required).

 

Auctioneering Today and Tales of a TV presenter

Caroline Hawley of TV’s ‘Bargain Hunt’ and ‘Flog It’ comes to Whitby Museum.  Caroline will give a talk about her experiences which will be followed by a valuation session.
